Job description
Responsibilities:
· Overall responsibility for Customer relationships and order management
· Manage design-in process and drive revenue realization
· Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers of strategic customer account
. Understand customer needs and provide solutions that create customer values and negotiate with customers to close deals
· Manage multiple work streams simultaneously supporting order execution
· Ownership of program details and communicating critical objectives to leadership and stakeholders
· Win new business and drive profitability through effective pricing
· Own and manage related RFQs and act as a prime person in ensuring timely response and delivery and feed information back to Management in support of developing Business Plans
· The successful candidate must have an excellent understanding of contract manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, and semiconductor industry
Minimum Qualifications
· BS with 3 years of experience in product marketing or product line management in the capital equipment market; semiconductor industry experience preferred
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with executives, customers, and engineers.
· Analytical and detail-oriented
· Collaborative and a team player since the candidate will need to work with other teams in the organization to provide timely and system-level solutions to our customers.
· Track record of strategic decision-making in a rapid business environment
