Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding products, provide information on items, and complete sales transactions.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Provide product knowledge to customers
- Upsell products to increase sales
- Process returns and exchanges

Experience:
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Proficient in time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to perform technical sales for specialized products
- Experience with upselling techniques
- Prior work in a grocery store setting advantageous
- Competency in operating a cash register

Pay: $17.97 - $21.64 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
