All you need is an advanced degree in social work or comparable human service field, OR, a bachelor's degree in social work or comparable human service field and four years' experience in direct service or case management and BSRB licensure! We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a SupervisorAs a supervisor, you will oversee case managers and support workers who work with children and families so children can return to their families or be adopted. Supervisors work with court systems and case managers to ensure families are getting the supports and services they need to help children live happy and healthy lives.
