TGG Accountinghas partnered with a client in the San Diego area who is seeking to add afull-charge bookkeeperto their established accounting team.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $45,000 - $55,000 (negotiable)

Overview:

• Manage the accounts payable process by coding invoices, submitting for proper approval, and processing for payment.
• Manage and maintain timely and accurate cash account records at all times. Includes posting of cash receipts, monthly bank reconciliations, and forecasting future cash needs as necessary to ensure entities are adequately funded to meet obligations.
• Prepare internal invoices and manage collections.
• Process and review all transactions for assigned accounts daily.
• Gather annual tax return information for each client.
• Be familiar with and be responsible for adherence to all compliance policies and procedures.
• Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed.
  Client Service:. Proactive, regular communication with clients
  . Anticipate future client needs to ensure quality client service
  . Develop a knowledge of the client's entire financial and family situation
  . Establish a level of trust and confidence with the client so that any issue can be addressed, and solutions offered
