Sales Representative Role: Exciting Opportunity with TGG Accounting

TGG Accounting has partnered with a North Charleston, SC specialty residential construction group who are seeking to add territory managers in Augusta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; Greenville, SC; Savannah, GA; and Myrtle Beach, SC.

If you are a dynamic sales individual with a drive to learn a new industry, reach sales goals, and earn $100K , this could be the opportunity for you!

Annual Commission/Salary Goals: 10% of $1mm in sales

This is a commission-based sales role that comes with up to two (2) months of paid on-site training in the North Charleston headquarters.

Position Overview:

  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to schedule and optimize appointments in your designated geographical area.
  • Project Estimation: Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate and quote project costs, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
