Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and efficient Expeditor to join our team. The Expeditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of food orders to customers.

Duties:
- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and servers
- Ensure all orders are complete and accurate before delivery
- Communicate any delays or issues with orders to the appropriate staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food preparation area
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks as needed

Experience:
- Prior experience in a restaurant environment is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Basic math skills for order verification
- Strong sales skills to upsell when appropriate
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Understanding of retail math for order processing
