**Back of House (BOH) Team Member**
The general BOH team member is responsible for a variety oftasks including meal preparation, Expo, and maintaining cleanliness and safetyprotocols. They ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently and that the foodserved meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
**A Successful Team Member will**
· Arrive for shifts on time.
· Operate restaurant equipment safely.
· Deliver excellent customer service to all guestsand maintain cleaning.
· Maintain a positive attitude.
**Requirements for the position**
· Must be at least 16 years of age.
· Able to work on your feet for extended periods.
· Ability to work weekends.
· Enjoy working with people.
· Must be able to occasionally lift and move boxesthat weigh 20 pounds.
