Service Team member:

Our restaurant is currently hiring FOH staffs to greet customers, handle sales transactions and assist in the day to day operations of our restaurant. Working in a fast-paced environment and being able to multi-task while keeping a pleasant attitude is essential for this position

Perfect for anyone looking for full time or part time opportunities with lots of opportunity to pick up more shifts in the future. This role is potentially to be promoted to Shift Manager and Store Manager.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour tips

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and efficiently using the POS system; Provide basic menu item recommendations and assist customers with order inquiries
• Prepare made-to-order drinks and serve dessert items; Package food and drink items in to-go bags and confirm order accuracy
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Manage inventory of drink ingredients and dessert items
• Maintain clean and efficient workstations and front-of-house areas
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the shift supervisor or the store manager

Qualifications:

• Has friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills; Prior experience as a cashier, an associate, or a counter clerk at a tea/coffee store is a plus but not required
• Has strong work ethic and willingness to show up to work on time with a smile! The rest we can train on the job.
• Can maintain good health and sanitation standards
• Can work up to 8 hours per day while standing and walking (with breaks in between)
• Can occasionally lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Can withstand heat, coldness, and exposure to cleaning chemicals, smoke, fumes, and some airborne particles
• Is willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Is legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring any sponsorship
• An active Washington Food Handler Permit is a plus (we can train you to get one)
• All candidates are subject to a pre-employment background check and work authorization verification before actual employment starts
