Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Pay Rate: Competitive compensation package based on experience.Thalle Construction Co. Inc. (“Thalle”) Is Seeking An Accounts Payable Clerk. The Ideal Candidate Would Feel Comfortable And Confident Learning And Performing The Following Tasks
- High volume of Accounts Payable data entry into accounting software and Excel.
- Assisting the accounting team with administrative duties such as sorting mail and scanning files.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years experience with Accounts Payable data entry preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Professionalism and Confidentiality
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to self-manage work with little supervision
- Organization and planning skills
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
