- Function as liaison between internal and external customers
- Train sales team to meet daily goals and sales
- Report and analyze stats and KPI’s
- Ensure scheduling for consultations is accurate and efficiently scheduled
- Oversee and manage a team of 20 employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience with managing a team required
- Background in sales and/or call center environment required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in financial analysis required
This is an in office opportunity.
