Now hiring for a Noblesville Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities :

  • Process applications and data into internal software system(s)
  • Correspond with internal and external partners and vendors, as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and agencies that the organization supports / partners with
  • Prepare, mail and track all verifications
  • Determined eligibility and maintain communication with applicants on their status
  • Assembly applicant packets
  • Establish repayment agreements as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of workshops, trainings and reports
  • Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate team member

Qualifications :

  • Must have a valid Indiana Driver’s License, have a good driving record and be insurable by the organization’s insurance carrier
  • Previous experience with HUD or Section 8 vouchers highly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have good typing and math skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and maintain organization
  • Must have prior experience in a role that is customer facing

This is an in-office position. The hours are M-F, 8am-4 : 30pm.
