The Center for Imaging Medicine at Dartmouth aims to hire a talented postdoctoral researcher interested in developing and validating novel strategies for fluorescence imaging in tissue. The lab is located at the Dartmouth Medical Center and works closely with clinician collaborators. We are a multidisciplinary lab dedicated to developing and validating new strategies for evaluating drug distribution and activity, with a particular focus on fluorescence guided surgery for this position.
We are specifically looking for researchers wit a background in fluorescence imaging, tissue optics and modeling thereof, and associated instrumentation. Computational and laboratory experience are required for this position and experience with animal models is highly desirable. This position will provide the opportunity to work with a team of collaborators composed of engineers, drug discovery experts, biochemists, veterinarians, and clinicians. Compensation for this position is competitive and above the national average.

Good time management and precise reporting are essential.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a PhD or plan to finish their PhD in biomedical engineering, medical physics, molecular imaging or a related field.
Salary
We are offering a competitive salary exceeding the NIH stipend.
