Our Sales Development Representatives work face-to-face with customers to promote our client’s products and services while creating customer relationships. Our team is looking to add motivated individuals to this entry-level position who are looking to kickstart their career!

Job Responsibilities:

• Professionally represent and promote our clients to elevate brand visibility within key retailers
• Understand and effectively be able to communicate all promotions to customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Effectively communicate with management on a daily basis
• Track personal and team sales performance
• Work proficiently on new product launches, promotional events, and brand representation
• Play an active role in the sales cycle

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required!
• Goal-oriented, ambitious attitude, and drive to reach and exceed quotas.
• 1-3 years of retail experience (preferred)
• 1-3 years of Sales experience (preferred not required)
• The ability to be trained and a keen enthusiasm for continuous learning and personal development.

This is an ENTRY-LEVEL position, so prior experience is not required. All of our sales representatives will undergo a paid training program with our leadership team!
