**Job Duties:**
* Respond to, handle and resolve customer inquiries
* Provide customers with product and service information in the field
* Identify and de-escalate customer issues
* Effectively communicate both verbally and written, with clients and company personnel
* Work independently and in a team environment to maximize profit
* Develop and track sales performance and customer service outcomes
* Educate, coach, and own the relationship with a team of external representatives with a view to maximizing customer satisfaction and sales retention objectives
**Job Requirements:**
* Be able to pass a criminal background check
* Should be 18 years or older
* Be available to work full-time hours (m-f)
* Must be residing in or around Victoria, BC
* Customer service experience preferred, but not required
