**Full Time Sales Representative**

Victoria We are hiring Sales Representatives to represent our client, a leading well known Telecom provider, join our growing and highly successful organization.

Working within a fast-paced environment you will be generating new business for one of North America's largest telecommunication companies. Our expanding team is looking for a sales focused and results driven individual who will be an asset to their reputable brand.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a **BASE PAY** with the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses as well.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**

* Will have an outgoing personality and superior relationship building personality

* Highly self-motivated, with team ethics as well able to work independently

* 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in a "customer facing" environment is preferred, not required, as we train everyone to grow and succeed

* Must have a passion for growth and a desire to move their career ahead

* Need to have superior interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with the consumer market both in person and on the phone.

**ESSENTIAL**

* Ability to pass a criminal background check

* Must be 18 yrs of age

* Be able to work Full-Time

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**

* Initiating contact with potential clients.

* Ensure achievement of sales, client retention and loss ratio targets are met.

* Identify centers of influence

* Promoting the brand name and products

* Implement market strategies to promote new business
