• 8 months assignment
• $30/hr
• Location: Jacksonville, FL

This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of complex commercial loan administration transactions in accordance with established policies, processes, and procedures. The successful candidate will interact with Document Administrators to ensure efficient, high-quality loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book loans and manage payment administration
• Reconcile loan systems and conduct quality reviews
• Read and understand loan documents to ensure accuracy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
• Ensure timely and accurate financial booking of bilateral deals
• Fund clients once deals have been booked
• Work with limited supervision

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Commercial Loan Administrator with 3-5 years of commercial lending experience.1-2 years of previous financial booking experience
• Experience with Loan IQ
• Knowledge of legal documentation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively communicate with attorneys and internal business partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
