Responsibilities:
- Manage Procurement: Oversee procurement for all R&D groups, ensuring a steady supply of consumables and non-capital equipment.
- Handle Orders: Efficiently manage shipping blanket purchase orders.
- Resolve Issues: Process invoices and collaborate with vendors to resolve any issues, providing innovative solutions to supply chain challenges.
- Utilize Expertise: Leverage experience with SAP and setting up purchase orders (preferred).
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Procurement Experience: Strong background in procurement and vendor management.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in processing invoices and resolving vendor-related issues.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP and experience in setting up purchase orders is preferred.
