JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Part-Time Valet / Bellman to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests by parking and retrieving their vehicles as needed. Valet responsibilities include greeting guests, unloading luggage, and parking cars on behalf of our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a positive and professional guest relations attitude.
• Warmly welcome each guest.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• Load, unload, deliver luggage.
• Answer guests’ questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities, and other available services.
• Responsible for knowing and using Marriott standards of service.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Park guests’ vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot while following all traffic laws
• Other duties as assigned.

TEAMWORK: An attitude of teamwork and flexibility for assigned duties is expected. This job function requires constant communication between team members each shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended hours.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Polished and professional appearance.
• Extremely friendly and service-oriented.
• Must be able to drive vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Must have a clean driving record.
