MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes.
You'll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support and marketing staff, and competitive compensation for your hard work
Responsibilities
•Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
•Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
•Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
•Find homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to generate sales faster
•Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so the process is smooth and timely
Qualifications
•A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
•Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
•Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
•Professional in attitude and appearance
•Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
•Ability to work nights and weekends
