Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: Tampa, FL / Irving, TX / Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid 2-3 days in office)

Job Description:
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Proven expertise in Java Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Oracle, SQL, and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and real-time data processing.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Java and SQL.
- Experienced with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.
- Skilled in using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Gradle.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
