We are seeking a talented and motivated part-time Permanent Makeup / Lash Artist to join our team. As a Permanent Makeup / Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty services to our clients, focusing on permanent makeup techniques and eyelash enhancements. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for enhancing natural beauty through cosmetic artistry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform permanent makeup procedures such as microblading, eyebrow tattooing, eyeliner tattooing, and lip tattooing.
• Apply eyelash extensions using various techniques to achieve desired looks.
• Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and preferences.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and styles based on individual features and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and work areas.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in permanent makeup and eyelash extension techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Ability to work at both our Venice and Lakewood Ranch locations as required by business needs.
• Must have a valid Florida tattoo license

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Permanent Makeup Artist or Lash Artist.
• Certification or training in permanent makeup and/or eyelash extensions.
• Excellent artistic and technical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse clients and team members.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for beauty and dedication to continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a salon, spa, or beauty studio environment.
• Additional certifications or training in related beauty treatments.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work and client results.
