Server/Bartender

We are looking to fill a part/full-time position. Specific days will be discussed in person.

The Blind Rabbit is the first speakeasy in Anaheim, CA, and has a quaint romantic atmosphere. We believe in doing as much as we can from scratch to provide the best quality product. We are looking for bartenders/servers to join our cocktail-loving team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, knowledgeable, and hard-working.

Responsibilities:

Serving Duties

• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations based on customer preferences
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions
• Clear and clean tables, reset tables for next guests
• Monitor and observe guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and accurate order delivery

Bartending Duties:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Touching tables to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a bartender and/or server
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage regulations

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Mondays, and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
