Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including inventory and labor control, food service management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and possess excellent leadership skills.

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage food production and ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Handle cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the restaurant
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and reporting

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of food service management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in inventory control procedures
- Culinary background is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
