The Alliance Group is Hiring an Investor Relations Assistant Near Fort Lauderdale, FL
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with the review and tracking of financing reporting requirements and posting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports with dissemination agents and banks.
• Preparation of semi annual investor presentations and supporting in all aspects of calls.
• Preparation of annual reports
• Support in managing audits.
• Compile information related to any ratings reviews, investor requests or other stakeholder requests.
• Supports the Finance team with pulling supporting documentation related to specific types of leases.
• Work closely with other internal departments in order to facilitate gathering of information needed for due diligence.
• Have an understanding of financial statements and how to read and review them.
• Process invoices for various entities working with the accounts payable team and provide billing instructions.
• Obtain and organize documents needed for due diligence.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• One (1) or more years of professional experience in accounting, finance or business administration.
