Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: Attleboro, MA 02703 (Hybrid 3 days onsite/2 days remote)
Duration: 3 - 6 Months (Temp to Hire)
Hours: 9 am 5 pm (Mon Fri)
Responsibilities:
- Effective and accurate processing of payroll.
- Audit employee records and reconciling totals by department, location, country etc.
- Assists with policy enforcement to ensure appropriate amounts or deductions are calculated and applied.
- Participate in the verification of compliance to local, state, and federal policies, laws and requirements.
- Assist with internal audits, workers compensation situations, tax filing and other related payroll processes.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years ADP/SAP Payroll experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years ADP Global View experience preferred.
- Experience with ADP eTime preferred.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- A university degree required (i.e., Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
