We are looking for a talented, experienced Service Manager to help guide, build and continue developing our Nashville Team!
Role Responsibilities
The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the support team in Nashville, TN, and the surrounding area. The Branch Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily business, including its clients, employees, and guiding service delivery. Development of the team, team coverage, and performance monitoring to ensure company initiatives are met are key responsibilities. Meets with clients to develop work timelines, resolve issues, and ensure opportunities for client account growth.
Requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and service optimization.
- Exhibit a flexible and adaptable mindset and embracing changes and adjustments.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional working relationships with coworkers.
- Skills related to information technology, systems design, network infrastructure, based on current technologies and operating systems.
- Proven experience in IT service management or a related role, with a focus on service delivery and customer support
- Previous experience leading a technology team is valued, but not a requirement for this role
- Hold a current valid Driver’s License
- Exceptional customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with staff and clients.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals.
