The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a $50bn bank, a repeat client, to identify a Treasury Management Sales Manager for Texas. This role would drive the sales, revenue and deposit growth of the seven Treasury Management Officers on the team (Dallas, Houston, Austin, Killeen/Temple, Longview). The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:

• 5 years of successful treasury management sales experience
• Sales management/leadership experience preferred
• Proven track record for exceeding revenue and new deposit goals
• CTP preferred but not required
