Job duties:
- Scheduling
- Job cost analysis
- Managing subcontractors
- Job site visits
- Preparing reports/correspondence as directed; organizes/maintains documents/files
- Assists with modifying schedules; participates in meetings for project specific scheduling, budgeting, and planning with supervisors.
- Assists PM and Superintendent with managing and scheduling subcontractors and other vendors; assists with updating project schedule.
Qualifications:
- BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years of engineering experience
