MARKETING COORDINATOR - this job is located in Andover, Massachusetts

Summary/Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at The Andover Companies, a renowned Super Regional P&C Insurance Carrier. In this role, you will be pivotal in executing our marketing strategy that primarily supports our distribution vertical and enhances our online and public reputation. Our unique business model relies on distributing products exclusively through independent insurance agents, requiring a focused and innovative marketing approach.

Essential Functions

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Manage and optimize our external communication platforms, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts and increase the effectiveness of distribution and communication channels.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s online presence and public reputation through various digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Create compelling content for different marketing efforts, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Engage in regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide necessary marketing support.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in relationship management with external marketing vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketing professional, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and run point on key marketing initiatives.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in managing email marketing and CRM platforms.
