Position Summary
The Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) seeks an experienced, energetic, and dependable self- starter to join the Inside Programs Youth Department, which enhances and develops rehabilitative and mentoring programming in youth facilities throughout California to prepare incarcerated youth for reentry. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience developing and facilitating mentoring programs, who will bring initiative and integrity to his/her/their work. The Inside Programs Youth Department Coordinator will work from ARC’s Los Angeles office. This person will be responsible for completing quarterly reports, data entry, implementing programming at youth facilities, and supporting the Associate Director/Director of The Inside Programs Youth Department.
The Inside Programs Youth Department Coordinator will support new Credible Messengers with training and implementation of ARC rehabilitative and mentoring programming. This position will work with Credible Messengers to, gather re-entry resources, and maintain accurate data entry. The Inside Programs Youth Department Coordinator will play a critical role in the organization, bringing hope and opportunity to incarcerated youth, and preparing them for their continued relationship with ARC upon release.
