The Applied Companies, a Recruiting and HR outsourcing firm of 20 years in Northern Nevada, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a Senior Leadership role working directly with the CEO and Leadership team members. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day culture and organization while overseeing and managing all aspects of workforce services. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining strategic initiatives that drive growth and ensure the success of our PEO services, recruitment, and staffing. What the Senior Leader will do:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and enhance the profitability of all lines of service
Manage day-to-day operations of all services, including client relationships, benefits administration, compliance, risk management, staff and budgets
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including setting goals, providing coaching and feedback, driving professional development and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws related to services provided
Create an effective sales and business development program including setting goals and activity measurement systems
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within all lines of services and drive initiatives to enhance the client experience
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in in all service lines and incorporate them into our offerings
What the Senior Leader should have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
8 years of senior leadership experience
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and enhance profitability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Proven expertise in driving growth and profitability
Strong knowledge of the PEO industry regulations and compliance requirements preferred
