SUMMARY: To assist in the fulfillment of all required grounds and preventative maintenance needs as assigned, assuring all work is performed and completed in a safe and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for facilities generalized maintenance, preventative machinery and preventative equipment maintenance as assigned, and performs established preventative maintenance & safety inspections, per schedule.
• Caring for and maintaining all properties. Duties include grounds maintenance and non-standard janitorial tasks. 
• Provide support to other business/contract work as needed.
• Adheres to assigned work schedule and work order system to assure maximum efficiency.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED. Valid NYS driver’s license with a driving record that is in accordance with the requirements of our Liability/Automotive Insurance carrier.
