**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within our facilities. This position requires expertise in industrial and commercial cleaning, as well as facilities maintenance. **Responsibilities:** - Perform industrial and commercial cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness throughout the facilities - Conduct floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing - Assist in facilities maintenance tasks such as repairs and minor installations - Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times - Handle custodial duties including trash removal and restocking supplies **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, and facilities maintenance - Knowledge of buffing techniques and floor care procedures - Ability to work independently and efficiently to maintain high cleanliness standards - Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience as a porter or in custodial roles is a plus This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a clean and organized environment while utilizing your skills in facilities maintenance.
