This position requires someone with Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro experience. Do you understand the pulse of sports culture and can whip up engaging content in a flash? What You’ll Do:

• Instagram Content Creation: Develop visually engaging still content for our Instagram feed that resonates with our audience.

• Short Form Video Content Creation: Edit and design captivating short-form pieces for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. From highlight reels to hilarious memes, you know how to grab attention.

• Audience Engagement: Listen to audience feedback and adapt content strategies accordingly. You know when to pivot and how to keep our followers engaged.

• Socialize Content: Transform any set of our longer-form video series clips into shareable, buzz-worthy content that sparks conversations and drives engagement.

• Social Media Expert: You're always one step ahead of the latest social media trends and algorithm changes. Whether it's TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts, you know what makes content click.

• Diligent and Proactive: We value individuals who take initiative and demonstrate proactive work habits. We seek someone who is committed to staying on top of tasks and deadlines, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Photoshop Proficiency: You're comfortable using Photoshop to create visually engaging clean stills for our Instagram feed.

• Video Editing Skills: While Adobe Premiere Pro experience is a plus, basic proficiency in video editing is a must. You'll be assisting in crafting short-form content for various platforms.

• Audience-Focused Adaptability: You have the ability to listen to the audience and give them what they want.

• Creative Flair: Your creativity knows no bounds. You have a knack for turning mundane sports news into viral-worthy content.

• TikTok and Reel Expertise: You're fluent in the language of TikTok and Reels. You know what's trending and how to leverage it for maximum engagement.

What You Need To Know:

• The Arena Group’s expected hourly pay range for this position is currently $27 - $34 USD. Actual pay may vary based on multiple factors including location, education, experience and other factors permitted by law.

• This position requires flexible working hours. While the primary schedule will be during regular business hours, availability for nights and weekends is essential to cover important events. A schedule will be provided in advance to balance peak event coverage with regular work hours.
