Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in private clubs, restaurant management, and have exceptional customer service skills. If you have a passion for hospitality and leadership, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all club operations including regular member dinning, private functions and member functions. Manage all departments including food and beverage, membership sales, maintenance, accounting, capital projects...
-Ensure members and guests are receiving world class service in all areas of the club
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Train and mentor staff to deliver excellent service
- Oversee kitchen management and ensure quality food production
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a private club environment as a General Manager, Assistant General manager or Food and beverage director.
-Previous experience in a resort or large hotel operation as a General Manager, Assistant General Manger or Food and Beverage Director.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in hotel management would be beneficial
-Experience preparing operational budgets and monitoring monthly variances
-Experience interacting with committees and Boards of Directors is beneficial
