Contract packaging manufacture of cosmetics and personal care items is seeking an experienced R&D / R&I Manager to join their team. The R&D Manager will be responsible for the development, formulation, and marketing of a wide range of innovative personal care products that include skin care, color cosmetics, and OTCs.

R&D/ R&I Manager will have:

· Experience developing formulations of Hair Care & Cosmetic Products

· Experience with New Technology and Product Development

· Able to contribute to the Strategy and Pipeline Development based on Benefit and Risk

· Strong People and Department Management experience

· Current and/or previous experience in a contract manufacturing company or a company with a high volume of new cosmetic or hair care formulations.

· Work closely with Process Engineering Team and Manufacturing Team to achieve goals

· Strong Leadership experience & experience Interfacing with clients.

· Achieving growth in sales in R&D investment areas through successful promotion of new products. Presenting new products to clients.

Looking for an extraordinarily talented leader that can support the company’s growth objectives and innovation goals. The R&D / R&I Manager will have BS/MS degree in science or related discipline along with 10 years’ experience R&D / R&I within a contract packaging manufacturing company. Must have formulation experience.
