Job Description

We are looking to hire a driven and goal-oriented salesperson to be our new Territory Sales Representative. This person will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the Port Washington and surrounding area. This role involves identifying new business opportunities through networking and referrals, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, energetic professional with a proven track record in sales, has excellent communication skills, and most importantly has a big heart. Compensation:

$80,000 at Plan Commission

Responsibilities:
  • Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life
  • Utilize our continuous training materials and stay up-to-date with our revenue targets
  • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads 
  • Generate new and maintain existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time
  • Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
