Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining customer relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or other CRM systems

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential sales opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business
- Experience in technology sales or related field is preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
