Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Ensure proper die functioning in relation to maintenance and cleaning, including shut-down, dismantling, cleaning, and

start-up of machine.

• Understand and follow set cleaning schedule for dies.
• Perform housekeeping duties in tool area.
• Keep Team Lead informed of any tools/supplies needed, and informed of any tooling issues.
• Communicate with Operators, Maintenance, Engineering and Team Leads about functioning of dies.
• Maintain data and complete paperwork on die setup, cleaning, and conditions.
• Follows all plant safety procedures in order to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
• Assist operators in troubleshooting during production runs.
• Will work closely with machine shop.
• Other duties as assigned.
