What You will Do:

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for roles up to director level across all our companies and departments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align hiring needs with organizational objectives.

• Develop sourcing strategies emphasizing diversity and internal mobility.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition creation to offer acceptance.
• Utilize social media and attend events to market opportunities and engage with candidates.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status and initiatives.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through open communication and timely feedback.
• Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in JobVite Recruiting Platform and LinkedIn preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Paylocity a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
