We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Associate, Source-to-Pay Representative I to join our Source-to-Pay team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Manages and maintains a large quantity of contracts for the company following the completion of the procurement process.
• Responsible for efforts to ensure that moderately complex processes related to effective contract management are defined, implemented and tracked throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Contributes to the development of the contract framework by maintaining a large quantity of contract precedent templates in the appropriate intranet site so that the are available to sourcing managers for use in vendor negotiations.
• Ensures contract templates anticipate all major areas of spend and have provisions for global agreements, policy summaries and/or regional schedules, as needed.
• Conducts regular reviews of these templates in conjunction with Legal to ensure templates are updated with new regulatory, legal and industry practices.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
