We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Business Technology Liaison to join our Operations team. This role can be located in Lake Mary, FL; Orlando, FL or Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Regularly utilizing your software development and/or test analyst knowledge in reviewing projects in process.
• Identifying potential issues, evaluating risks and escalating issues as needed.
• Produce Project and Test documents as pertain to agile protocols.
• Execute test case scenarios.
• Report on project progress to test leads, stakeholders, etc.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Software Development and/or Test Analyst experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Well-developed critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Jira DC, Confluence and Agile methodologies preferred.
