The Baptist Home is seeking a Part-time, LPN/RN (Nights) CHARGE NURSE for the If you have a heart for the elderly and want to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents, we invite you to join our team. Will work two days a week.

Baptist Home Health Ministries is contract free.

Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.

Must have a current LPN license from the State of Missouri.

Must demonstrate knowledge of the nursing process in administering resident care.

Must utilize good assessment skills and techniques in determining resident needs.

Must have a strong work ethic and practice courtesy and respect for other staff and residents.

Must understand the importance of and practice good team building skills among coworkers.

Must conduct oneself in a mature, positive and professional manner.

Must be knowledgeable of and practice workplace safety.

Must keep resident information confidential.
