Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $18 - $20 /hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid by the employer. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Customer Service Representative Position Summary:The Customer Service Representative acts as the first point of contact for all office guests and is responsible for the administrative tasks associated with daily business operations. Essential Job Functions: Greet clients, visitors, and guests. Determine the purpose of each person’s visit and escort them to the appropriate person or location. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff. Take messages and schedule appointments as needed. Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier delivers and distribute them accordingly. Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, recordkeeping, copying, and upkeep of front lobby and reception desk. Data entry projects.
