Summary:

Part-time, legal accounts coordinator in a super fun, fast-paced, growing law firm! MUST possess STRONG organizational skills and a VERY HIGH attention to detail.

Legal Accounts Coordinator performs a key role in entering new placements of legal accounts with our firm while communicating with and ensuring our clients receive impeccable customer service with a great sense of detail regarding their placements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for:

· Input, upload, and manage new accounts being placed with our firm.

· Communicate professionally and effectively with our clients.

· Can correctly interpret ledgers for balances and payments, find key details in contracts and assign correct interest rates based on case type.

· Manages incoming and outgoing mail, scan, fax and direct documents to the appropriate team members. And any other duties required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities we are looking for:

  • Experience in professional office setting, admin duties, and have a strong knowledge of EXCEL.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle time-sensitive information, manage priorities and workflow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with .
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, if needed, and meet deadlines.
  • LEAGL ASSISTANT BACKGROUND A PLUS

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Some college or at least 2 years related professional work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred two years of a Professional office setting or Legal office environment with some knowledge of legal processes.
  • Will train the right person with a professional and positive attitude, team-centered focus, and can easily adapt to a fast- paced legal environment.

PT 20-25 hours per week, M-F: Flexible hours between 8a-5p

Job Type: Part-time

Pay range: $16-$20/hr, dependent on experience.
