Requirements:

• Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years experience within field of Estate planning and/or Probate & Administration proceedings
• Will Drafting
• Extensive communication with clients
• Distribution of estate assets and trust funding
• Preparation of Medicaid applications and Medicaid planning
• MS Office, QuickBooks and ACT! are a plus
• Deed preparation (Nassau, Suffolk and NYC) and filing are a plus
• Must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills.
• College degree (J.D. or Paralegal certificate strongly preferred)
• ****Experience in these fields is required****

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
