We are recruiting for a NYC-based PE fund's first Portfolio Operations/Value Creation hire at either an MD or Director level.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of making quick decisions and effectively influencing others. They should possess the drive and skills to develop strategic frameworks, identify business improvement opportunities, and implement solutions with stakeholder buy-in.

The preferred candidate will have strong financial acumen, experience in an operating role of a PE backed company and/or substantial consulting or operating experience with minimum of 12 years of experience.
