Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Operate cash register and POS system to complete sales transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of cash register operations and basic math skills
- Effective communication and interaction with customers and team members
- Ability to learn about new outdoor products and explain their features to customers
