Opportunity Snapshot:

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance of centrifugal pumps and electric motors such as bearing and seal replacements, alignments, couplings, sumps, fans, drain piping modifications, etc. 

  • Maintenance on other mechanical equipment such as block valves, control valves, air compressors, valve actuators, etc. 
  • Maintenance and repair of reciprocating engines and associated components.
  • Assist with replacement of pumps, motors, valves, and other equipment as needed, including foundation work, initial alignment, testing, and startup. 
  • Reviews procedures as necessary to ensure compliance of all company and industry standards to meet all regulatory agency requirements.
  • Properly completes records of time and required regulatory reports.
  • Performs remedial and preventative maintenance and maintains facility appearance and safety through good housekeeping practices inside and outside of the facilities. 

  Schedule:

  • 7/7 - required to be on-call while on rotating schedule.
  • 40-50hrs a week; mostly routing engine and compressor maintenance.
  • 1 to 2 compressor unit PM’s. Response to morning reported unit troubles.
  • Call outs typically consist of wiring issues, occasional hot valve replacement.
  • Potentially break fix maintenance, large break can sometimes lead to longer days depending on gas flow needs.
