Duties:
Valve Tech experience preferred
Assembles and tests assemblies according to specifications. Masters basic skills and some advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment in the area of expertiseCompletes required test documentation including test reports, failed test reports and NCRs Cleans components after assembly according to FMCTI specifications and verbal/written instructionsUses material handling equipment to move parts, components and sub-assemblies from one work or storage area to another as requiredCollects and inputs information in specific systems for cost tracking purposesPerforms all duties in a safe manner and keeps all employees aware of dangers in work areaAssists more experienced Assembly Technicians as assignedJob scope:Works under direct supervision and selects from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Resolves routine questions and problems independently and refers more complex issues to higher levels. Specialized in a single technique (painting, or assembly or welding)Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent technical diplomaUp to 2 years of experience in fieldProficiency to read drawings and technical documentation in assemblyKnowledge/use of complex equipment and techniques (e.g. FAT, Gas testing, etc.)
